While I was given the key, no check in was done. Had to call 800 numbers to check it out. When I went to return and they had my turn in location 20 miles from where it was supposed to be returned. I had to call 800 number again to get that corrected.

I had got the U-Haul with no gas and had to fill up 5 times. Not a good experience!
Isaac ZToo expensive, would have been about the same price to hire someone to move all of my stuff for me, truck and labor costs.
Lucas TI had one of the hardest times trying to find the drop off location. I even called customer service to help… I feel like I’m being over charged for something that was out of my control. I’m paying for a hold another day that I didn’t use and I’m being charged for mileage that was due to me not being able to find the drop off spot.. I ask for a closer location that I wouldn’t have to drive too far to drop it off but they told me that that was the closest location. I’m not from around this location and I don’t know much about this area.
