I attempted to return a trailer after hours, but the site wouldn't allow a picture to be taken and uploaded so I could complete my return. Although I left the trailer, I had to return the next day to ensure it was check in.

The location was not the problem. Uhaul online check in was difficult. It would not work from my phone, had to use a friend's phone. No one answered when we called for help. We felt like we were on a scavenger hunt. It took us 45 minutes to finally get the keys. Then I was told to still return the truck at 2:00. It is not fair to have a faulty system and expect me to stick to the timeline. I better not get charged for the few minutes past 2:00.

Had a few dents on the lower outsides but truck ran perfect. Taking photos allowed me to document the previous damage. Love the new contactless system. Nice to have the lockbox there. Will rent again!

There were 2 people in this office but only one seemed to be working and he was busy with another customer when we arrived. A lady came to the window and took our keys but seemed to have no knowledge at all about how to help us. Once available, the gentleman was very friendly and quickly got us on our way.
