After driving the truck for 1400 miles a miles you could smell it like it was a burning smell. Like rubber then it would go away. The problem there isn't enough power for little hills or long inclines the tack goes so high and sucks the full. They need to maintain them better in my opinion. It took almost and hour just to get checked in to get the truck wasn't thrilled.

the key drop was unusable as the key fob would not fit thru the drop. thus we had to leave the key in the truck and lock the truck. Result was having to call our AAA service to unlock the truck the next day. Otherwise all was very good. Truck was in excellent condition and service was very helpful.

MELISSA HLike I already stated, I didn't get the equipment at the pickup location for 2 hours past expected time. No problems dropping off the equipment. It was returned same day at 5pm.
GARY NThe do it yourself pick up system with U-Haul leaves much to be desired. The app is glitchy and slow. We showed up at our reserved time only to have problem after problem. The location and truck itself was good, tho.
