They were great. I had trouble getting into the truck, I guess I was scared to use a lil force to open the lock. Anyway, they were so helpful. They refunded my money and the next day I rescheduled and they were very understanding. Would recommend.

Your company has the worst customer service I've encountered in all my years in the retail industry. Not only you have branches around that does not know your products and offers but lack of. I'm in sense and knowledge. I've tried reaching our your customer service for the past week and it was just unreachable. Constantly calling and waiting for hours to speak with a representative. Paid for shopping of boxes and extra for the delivery and it wasn't until I emailed cruise company on the website either the same email requesting a refund over and over and over and over again I had a reply saying that I couldn't obtain a refund because the boxes had shipped the same day of my email. Furthermore I checked online and did all steps that supposedly would of make my truck renting faster to hunt a truck around deland because the stores that made the reservations DOES NOT have truck in their facilities. After finally finding the location we were greeted by an inexperienced employee that was Doing all as she was the only one scheduled to work. On top of that she never communicated to anyone in the store ( there were 4 customer waiting') that her system was not working. And after trying more than 10 occasions to manually input our card she then requested cash. We Had to go back out and get an extra fee for using atm that was not in our bank network. We go back and waited an extra hour to get back in the waiting line while all of our lúxense information and hipaa law was being violated as this employee had our info on her counter and with no privacy for our personal information or license info. Total chaos. A transaction that was not supposed to take more than 39 mins turned into a 4 hours errand from hell. Never again I will be using this company for anything at all. Worst overall service in the world.

Vinnie was professional and friendly. The process to rent a truck was seamless during the covid19 precautions. ???? I filled out my paperwork online. The truck was clean & mechanically sound. Great location, clean & orderly, stocked with supplies if needed. I used the key dropbox after hours.
The check oil light was on as soon as we left. The staff was nice but the online experience was hell.
