Location and attendant was not helpful. I had to get on the phone to get check-in instructions which took 45 mins. This delayed my trip immensely. This was not a good experience.

Very disappointing overall. I was charged $75 in fuel even though I returned the truck with the needle at the same place I received it. Was told someone would contact me still waiting.
