The clerk at the general store did not know they were a U-Haul drop off location. He did call his boss who confirmed. No U-Haul signage. No specific parking spots. Not a comfortable feeling that you are "in the right place".

Cellular network service is extremely slow. This severely impacts the rental process. Uhaul needs to verify cellular coverage, or provide some level of WiFi, if they are going to require so many pictures.

Beverly TI rented equipment but there was none at this location. We had to drive all over in the truck to find a place that had equipment. Then we received a final bill that was DOUBLE what we were quoted. Plus we were charged an extra day that didn’t happen! We actually returned our truck a day EARLY! I’m beyond pissed and will mot be using u haul again.
Heather FI was told that I would be allowed a certain mileage, but it was lower than I expected when I turned in the truck.
