This location had a small lot. No drop box for keys and the contact person, it took several calls before they answer the phone. Once they did, they were nice but it was a process. Needs a Dropbox!!

No drop box at this location. Confused on where to deposit key. Had to find number on the internet and call to ask what to do. Defeats the purpose of using the smartphone to drop off.
Charles L.There was no key drop off box as noted on the app as pictured during check out. We called the number several times as stated on the app with no answer so we left a message. Many hours later he called back and told us to leave the key under the mat and leave the truck unlocked. So it took 2 trips to finalize tge truck rental. Unprofessional and inconvenient!
