Truck had 174K miles on it...transmission was poor and hard to find R and D...very slippy. Truck was clean but I was just waiting for a breakdown. It got the job done and the people at the location were fast and friendly. Just think the truck was sketchy.

It's tough to say. Pickup was smooth. Drop off was without issue. The vehicle was in excellent condition and performed exactly as I expected.

Kimberly C.The people we had contact with at the location were helpful, attentive, and kind. The mobile process was extremely frustrating. It took too long in 103 degree heat to go through all the steps with glitches in the app. We picked the mobile option so that our pickup and drop off would be streamlined with less time at the location and that was not the case. We had difficulty finding a place to park the U-Haul truck.
