This truck was dirty in the back and did not have our 20 pads we rented. Additionally the contract read almost a half of a tank and we barely had above a quarter of a tank. Called the office line and got the answering service. Left a very detailed complaint. Then called Uhaul Corp and they were rude on the phone. At 2:30 the Denton 380 Storage finally called back and asked what we needed. Worthless communication and they should not be representative of Uhaul. We rented a trailer from the main uhaul in town that afternoon also. This experience in picking up was absolutely terrible as nothing we ordered or expected to have was there except a nearly out of fuel truck that had diet in the back.

Actually clean out the truck before the next person. I mean it wasn't disgusting but it was pretty dirty and needed wiped down. Especially with the COVID 19 it would have been nice for the inside to be sanitized.
