Fast pickup, helpful staff, truck was parked in a way that made it easy to pull out. Truck fuel was pretty empty on pickup but I tend to expect that at these third party locations.

No problem with either location. Pickup in Monroe was timely and drop off in Denton was close to my home.
HENRY MThis is not my first rental experience with U-haul but it was my first time selecting after hours/unassisted pickup. Picking up this vehicle was a terrible experience (for multiple reasons, it felt like we hit every roadblock/error/issue imaginable), the truck we received did not handle properly and jerked violently when traveling under 20 miles per hour.
