Holy crap!!! Tyler at the front desk was absolutely amazing and awesome! Renting trucks is always a pain...but Tyler made my experience a fantastic one. He was helpful and his attitude was incredibly inviting. If you ever need to rent a truck...check out this location and ask for Tyler!!!

They gave us the last truck available on an empty tank, we had the courtesy to fill it half way when we returned it and they still overcharged us for several fees so we ended up paying over 300 dollars

Alexis C.Tyler was v. nice, helpful and made the process smooth. The lot where one picks up the vehicle is not clean. Debris, nails, broken glass and mud... diminish the experience. Remind customers to 'check their side mirrors" before driving. (passenger side mirror was turned inwards to show only the side of the truck, not the road, which is critical to safely driving a truck with -no rearview mirror -no backup camera. so that could have been improved beforehand when vehicle was checked in) Box was significantly scratched on both sides, which wasn't reflected/visible in the photos provided online.
