The tires on the dolly were so out of balance it shock the whole truck. I recommend having the tires balanced to make the towing experience more enjoyable.

Absolutely the most worse costumer service at that location . Tabitha which is a general manage that we were dealing with was very rude and doesn’t need to be in a customer service setting and dealing with the public . Worse experience we have ever had . I will never recommend that place . As stressful as it is to move and the only two employees there that day made our day start off late and unnecessarily upsetting .

I went into this location three times this week. First to make a reservation. Secondly, to pick up the uhaul. It took over an hour just to get the uhaul because there was only one woman working. I cannot fault her for the initial wait time because that is management's fault, though she serviced a male before me, that came after me, even after I informed her otherwise. The third visit, took well over two hours, just for an return inspection and to settle up. This time she finally had help, two people from other departments, but I could only deal with her because she was the only one with a cash drawer (so once again the whole place cleared out before I was serviced and I was there before everyone but two customers). Three customers walked out because of the terribly long wait time. So, after finally getting my turn, the lady told me to come to the register and then she went outside to help one person and ended up leaving me there AGAIN to help everyone outside. The man that was helping her had to cash me out. I only had to settle up $2 & some change and have an inspection done to close out my order. The wait time was ridiculous, there isn't much order, they are putting too much work on one individual, but the customer service was not bad. The overall experience, however, was horrible.

Counted Rep that helped was rude and made it apparent that she did not want to be there. I had to remind her 3x that I needed wardrobe boxes and I had done self check in and she told me it didn't matter, I still had to go through her questions, that it doesn't always show, but she did have the estimated mileage that I put in, when I commented on that, she said it had to have been from the reservation. I didn't put mileage in the reservation and she rolled her eyes.

Terminate the employment of Tabitha Hires and Ashtyn Whaley. The customer service of Tabitha Hires is a disgrace to this company! I use Uhaul to transport my large artwork because I’m a professional artist. I was given a dirty van and didn’t realize it until after had reached my destination. The agent who gave me the key at the door of the van didn’t check the back. All I saw was an empty back. At my destination (a local prestigious coffee shop called Mural City Coffee Company, they applied something of their coffee bean bags on top of the ma because it was dirty. (I have pictures). Anyway, when. returned the van, Ashtyn was the agent who checked me out, but Tabitha interjected herself, was very rude, and insisted that I dirtied they van and charged me a cleaning fee of $25!!! I have reported the issue to corporate. These two agents said I should, “Take it up with corporate.” I’m so disgusted and it’s a shame that Uhaul has employees like these when there are so many people seeking employment. PATHETIC!

Everything was fine until I got to the check in on last night. The picture was not let me or your app would not let me upload the picture of the gas hand in the speedometer and anything else. And this morning when I returned it your worker was very rude. He was telling me that I could have called the 800 number and I told her I understood that even though I didn't see it it was after 1 in the morning and I was ready to go home I was tired. But she kept telling me that two three four more times the same thing I got really frustrated.

There was only one person working and the wait time was really long and he seemed to be having a really bad day with the attitude he had. I tried to let him know that I felt bad for him but he continued to be very curt and he acted as if I was bothering him with my questions. I didn't ask questions to irritate him. He answered them as if I should have already known the answers. I really don't like leaving a negative comment but it continued to be this way when I brought the truck back to be returned.
