The lady at the counter just gave me the key to the U-Haul and told me to pull out a little bit and check it out. It was my first time renting a U-haul I was not sent a email to take pictures of the U-haul I had no knowledge of how many miles I had. Come to find out they didn't give me enough miles for my trip to lumber city, GA to Hazlehurst,GA which was my drop off location.

Sharon J.The lady was as helpful as she could be but no one could tell us the size of the hitch. Once we realized the size we went next door to buy the correct size and installed it on our truck. Once my wive and I got the dual axle 6x12 trailer fully connected and pulled it out of its spot we realized it had a flat tire. We disconnected from it and connected to another unit. No problems with it from Douglas to Florida. It is the only place in Douglas that has any selection so you just about have to go there in order to rent a U Haul.
