fender over drivers side wheel was broken, passenger side tail light was out and ratchets needed lubrication. other than that the dolly unit worked perfectly on our one-way trip from western pennsylvania to southern new jersey.

There was garbage in the truck. Cigarette butts and drink bottles left in truck. We throw the stuff away so we wouldn't be blamed.

David Jwithin 30 minutes of driving we still had no heat. The motor to the heat would not even run. It was 22-25 degrees all day. I called UHaul support within the first hour of rental. they gave a suggestion on maybe how to get the heater working, it didn`t work. I did rent work 2 days but returned the truck within 12-15 hours. I never got an email conformation it was returned nor any refund of the extra day NOR and free miles or ANYTHING since we froze all day!!!
