Was very difficult to drive Was given incorrect information on the rental
Had to go into the office because of a small glitch in the contactless rental but the owners/employees (I don't know which) were very friendly. I would rent from them againðŸ™‚
Everything was just absolutely wonderful for the return othe vehicle as well. I would definitely use & tell all my friends to do the same.
Remove this UHaul location all together. My Mom and Dad went to return the trailer for me the following day and had a terrible time doing so. The owner of Canyon State Car Care,El Mirage, Az 85335 would not give them a receipt after returning the trailer,and asking for a paper receipt he told my Mom, "Get the Fuck out of my office. I am calling the police because you are trespassing." At that point my Mom told him,"I am conducting business-how can I be trespassing? Better yet, I will call the police" After the police arrived they heard the owner yelling at the policeman outside the office. after a short time the officer returned to them explained the owner's side of the story and handed them a paper receipt. After thinking about the situation - I wonder if the store owner would have done the same if a white person walked in there? My family is hispanic and I DO NOT TAKE TO DISCRIMINATION LIGHTLY - I AM TIRED OF IT. PLEASE REMOVE THIS UHAUL LOCATION TO DETER ANY OTHER BUSINESSES FROM DISCRIMINATION IN THE FUTURE.
I was overcharged, the wrong keys were left in the pick up box and the truck was dirty. The manager is supposed to call me because supposedly he is the only one that can issue a refund for the double billing.
Worst experience ever
All the problem I have are with U-HAUL The Canyon State Car Care Service was Excellent. They helped measure everything and put the transport on the truck. Their service was Awesome. I am very disappointed with U-HAUL themselves.

I paid $5 for 6 furniture pads and they were not in the truck!!!! I want my $5.00 refunded. Thank you
This location is by far the worst I have ever been to! They were so slow checking in the truck and tried telling me they were going to charge me $30 for not replacing the gas that was right under 3/4 a tank. I had to tell them not to charge me because the contact says if it's less than 1/4, then there's a fee. I waited 45 minutes for them to check it in after asking them 3-4 times how long it was going to take.
Pay process was slow and held up our plans by not knowing what the total cost was going to be (about ten days)
No one was there and couldn't contact anyone via either phone number. Had to contact sort to turn the vehicle in as the website would not work on my phone to return the vehicle
Spend just as much time processing the return as you do processing the rental, not just say, oh, I'm sure it's fine, we will send you an email.

Still outstanding issues with the final bill. Service Center did contact me to resolve the billing was overcharge in the process of getting resolved and corrected

Truck had a dent on passenger side at bottom that I pointed out. Manager told me he had things to do and came back with small X stickers that blew off in transport. Never took the time to mark my contract. I've rented many times from U haul this year, but that type of service left me starting off uncomfortable. I already had a change of pick up that was altered for me.
I was charged for an extra day on the trailer I rented. It was a 2 day rental we cut our vacation time short to make it back in time to return the trailer by 2p on Sunday. The business was closed and no one was there to help me unhook the trailer and was never informed this would be the case. Im assuming because there was no one there to check in the trailer it seemed only convenient for them to assume I dropped it off before 7:15am Monday morning which now made it a 3 day rental and was charge that way. I called to inquire about my bill and was told they would look into refunding the money. Long story short I still have yet to be refunded the extra $50 I was billed and was informed they won't be refunding me.
Quick, efficient and friendly. In and out fast and effortlessly. Great place for a drop off.
