Employees at this location went the extra mile helping me use a VIP certificate that Kimberly Chisman emailed me due to a negative experience at a uhaul location in Huntsville, Alabama. Kimberly Chisman left a number out of the VIP certificate on her email to me, long story short, the employees here got to the bottom of things and figured out Kimberly's oversight. I came on orders to FT Bliss around are/ about 8 years and 9 months. Their for I have moved throughout the community eight are more time using U-Haul equipment. However this last location I had to move before the first of the month so I wouldn’t get other changes with my storage/ apartment unit which was yesterday 1 Oct 2018. I made arrangements to pick up a van the day before. Once I arrived to the location I ask could I change the time to pick up at 1645 to give myself a later drop off for the next day before leaving. I ask was it anything else I would need in order to pick up the van because I had to be complete before the first. I was told just two forms of ID and payment which I had provide. Why I was at the store on 10458 Dryer st. El Paso to 79924. Now keep in mind it is another U-Haul location directly across form each other but I was not aware they carried vans are pick up trucks I only was tracking they only had bigger trucks until yesterday. The first time I arrive to pick up the van (am not sure which person was helping me but i now she have been at that location the longest and she is the oldest worker that’s usually always their the most.)I gave her my Driving license as well as my Military ID and verified payment information. I was told I could not get the van because I did not have another person name and number to provide which I explain when I first made the rental that I did not have a phone which was early that same day when I came in person to change the pick time in this way if it was anything else they need I could have brought back at 1645. On the 30 September 2018 I was unable to get a van that I made arrangements to get. I also went on line open an account with U-Haul so I could rent without the office hassles, this is the funniest part if you have a phone the only requirements is just another contact number and not another person number then you could pick up keys from their outside key box. Since I have been in this community this location have always given me/ my family the hassle and I have had to walk away without renting anything from this location and go across the street are up the street to rent a U-Haul. If you are the owners of this business and you replace new equipment and your items are still not being rented then it just maybe time to retrain or replace your all. Out of all the location in this community I have walk away only from this location and have not rented because of something that had nothing to do with my payment or my ID. Plan of action ) IF IT IS NO RETAIN ARE NO REPLACEMENT. YOU CAN IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER IS TO GIVE YOUR VAN TO THE LOCATION ACROSS THE STREET, ARE MAKE THE REQUIREMENT THE SAME ONLINE THIS WAY WHEN CUSTOMERS COME, THE ONLY THING THE MANAGER IS DOING IS VERIFYING WHAT THE CUSTOMER HAVE ALREADY PLACE INTO THE COMPUTER. ARE MAKE THE MANAGEMENT FILL OUT WHY. EACH CUSTOMER DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR RENTAL WHEN THEY HAVE ALREADY MADE ARRANGEMENTS BY DRIVING OVER TO P

While they were very friendly, I believe I was ripped off. First, it said I drove 17 miles, which is not accurate. Even if it was, it took me FIVE gallons to fill up the tank and I did not idle at all, so are you telling me your 9’ van gets a little over 3 miles to the gallon??? While the van may have registered as full when I got it, it obviously was not. I spent $15 on gas and it should have been no more than $5.
