The truck smelled like a smoker was just in it and the steering wheel was dirty and sticky. I am very disappointed that during a Covid 19 pandemic, that i was rented a dirty truck. We had to pull over and get wipes to clean the truck ourselves. 61.00 for a filthy truck- no okay!DON C.

Aoi was very rude. She tried to charge me twice. It took her over 30 minutes to refund my credit card. The 15 foot that's she told me was reserved really wasn't and she rented it to another person. When I called to ask questions she hung up on my and wouldn't answer the phone. I had to drive back to the location. She is very unprofessional.SHERRI P.
You did not have a dollies or straps to tie down the furniture. Hiw are you in compliance with covid 19. No sanitizer were available no one wipe the inside of the truck with disinfectant. We did it ourselves.ANDRE D.

Terrible. Was given truck with 1/4 tank gas and was told if we refilled tank ourselves we would be reimbursed. We were reimbursed $15 on a $122 fill up. Truck broke down after one load and entire day spent waiting for repair. Was compensated with a second day, for which I had to take time off work, when I returned the truck the rental price was higher than stated, rather than being calculated according to mileage. Verbal agreements not honored. I ended up spending $207 total with gas and rental for what was supposed to be a one day local truck rental.Jessa M.

Online when you book the truck it says the drop off location is (optional). Allowing the customer to believe that it is not necessary at the time of booking. Then after the truck is book online it does not let you edit the drop off location. We were charged for a wrong location charge which I don't think is fair at all. Please go through the process online with mobile pick up and see the difficulty for the customer. I would like my wrong location charge reviews and reimbursed. Customer service at this location was terrible. It is attached to a gas station so there is a lot of things going on. My time was pushed back an hour. They didn't have the dolly I reserved and told there weren't any dollys available. My sister found one in the parking lot and I had to wait 15 mins for the woman to find the key to unlock it. They didn't have the furniture pads either. I reserved my equipment well in advance so it baffles me that nothing was there.Then I was told if I wasn't back by the time the gas station closed I would be charged extra even though my time was pushed back by uhaul. It was just very unprofessional and the customer service was very poor. Everyone there had a terrible attitude. I will never rent from here again. Moving is already a stressful time you don't need the added headache.Mia M.

It was a small older gas station. The young person who helped me was OK , but as she had other duties it was just a little strange.Frank B.
The El Sobrante location was not the problem, the problem I had was with the Vallejo location on Solano as this was where I thought I was supposed to pick up the truck, from there things went downhill someone dropped the ball. I got to the Solano location 5 min before opening to only find out that my pickup site was in El Sobrante. I dont have a problem with the El Sorbrante because the customer service was good and wasnt their fault. Who ever processed my reservations was at fault and I didn't appreciate the run around that I was given by this company. I was never told of my location of pick up until the day of. The pick up location didn't have my dollies or blankets that I requested so I had to drive back to the Vallejo location to get them and they still didn't have the blankets. then I was overcharged after I dropped off the truck for unexplained expenses. I will never ever use Uhaul ever again. One other issue I had was that I requested moving help and they never showed up or contacted me such poor service.Dawn D.
