It's a gas station, no not particularly "inviting" as you approach it, but the two women working there was super friendly and helpful. We did get charged a missing equipment fee for furniture blankets that we'd paid for in our reservation but never received, but that's because of the disorganization of the Brooklyn location where we picked up the truck. After several emails we were able to get a refund so we worked it out.

James LThank you very much to the lady who greeted me and helped me with the checkout and with navigating the U-Haul app early Sunday morning. She was patient, courteous and friendly. And, thanks to the gentleman who was at the location when I returned the van. Also, very friendly and helpful. The next time I need to rent from U-Haul I will choose this location.
Kenneth KIt's a gas station with a few UHaul items, so selection was limited. But i gave the location an "above average" rating because the woman who helped me was very nice. No complaints about customer service.
