Parking lot was narrow, muddy (not paved). I only selected this location because of proximity to my home. This location is for the no-frills, "just the truck Ma'am" crowd and it worked well for me. The interior was an old brick building presumably from the 1930's with a car repair shop as part of the location. Owner was nice and attentive. All in all - it served my needs well, but this location is not for the "well-heeled" crowd. Will I use them again? Of course - for the same needs. I just wanted a no-frills truck rental. Easy in, easy out and back on time with a full tank of gas.

Phone checkin process was a pain and time-consuming. Will use in-person from here on out. Truck was clean overall, but windshield needed cleaning, inside and out. Personnel at return was fast and friendly.
Lorne CHad a hard time getting the key out of the lock box. Tag on key jammed inside small lock box not allowing lock box to slide open enough. Think there should be instructions in the truck as what needs to be done in app. Took pic of odometer on my phone got out locked up truck put key in return not realizing need to take picture in app only. Found a work around by sending photo to friends phone and taking picture of that. Had to take photo of cab through window as truck was locked. This could be because I'm not really great doing things like that with my phone. Think next time I would use a U-Haul with human help.

MICHAEL MI had the best customer experience imaginable! It was top notch. My pick up location was changed for some reason so when I called in to discuss, the woman on the phone was so pleasant. She searched better locations for me by asking where I planned on driving since you get charged by the mile. The woman at the location was equally pleasant and helpful. My experience was outstanding and I would recommend U-Haul to anyone!
