picked up 3/25/21 9am. Service rep was very friendly & knowledgeable. Uhal was fine only problem was no furniture pads included, sign inside trailer said to avoid $25 fee please sweep inside out & fold pads. I will be calling this morning to confirm I wasn't charged for pads. Other then that everything went fine... prices are a little high but I assume it's bc price if gas is high

Just be aware and pay attention to your bill. I was over charged. I had used the app to do check in and return. But even though I voiced my concern that day on the app, month later they still charged me. I did call and the customer care team was great and I did get a refund.

The truck was horrible!!! It cost us an entire day, the wiper was torn and you couldn't see. Then it broke. It was an hour and half wait for someone to fix it so we ended up having to find an auto zone and my son repaired it and replaced the wiper. The tire had a constant slow leak that had to be filled. The drivers door didn't close right. It was so noisy that you couldn't hear yourself think. Obviously the safety of your customers are not important to you at all. A simple pre trip inspection would have eliminated most of this. The drivers door was full of trash

Excellent service and great people. My son lost his wallet on the ground outside the Uhaul when I returned it and they went to the extent to message and try to call him on Facebook and even contacted the school that he graduated from (had his old school id in his wallet) and they actually sent me an email. Glad there is honest people still out there.

Your truck should've had been reviewed before I pick up it was dirty it had clip of marijuana inside the truck and door open while I was driving because door had problems closing. I definitely shouldn't had been charged completely some credit should've had been given to me when I spoke to manager she didn't care she ask me to call the 1800 number not accepted. Once again we had to travel to another location for our reserved and confirmed vehicle AND it was smaller than what was reserved. The local store where we rented from, confirmed the vehicle was there, but an hour later (and the day before using), we were redirected 30 miles away for pick up. This occurs with regularity. We are evaluating other vendors. Uhaul seems unable to operate a reservation system with any reliability.

I rented a truck total bill was,$67. I drove a mile home . My neighbor decided not ro use the truck. Immediately i took it back driving 1 more mile. I was told that i drove 4 miles. This was totally false. Refused to full or partial refund. Made excuses. I literally threw away $67. In 15 minutes .what a waste of hard earned money SMH uhaul could careless. Becareful when renting !! Leave the truck drive car back to perhaps double check. Once you drive on the street it's a Rap !!!! SMH other locations maybe a better place to.rent ! "Warning !!!!!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The drivers cab was dirty and had a bad odor. I reported it as soon as picked up the U-Haul. I needed to move that day so I had no choice but to take the rental. I was also disappointed that the location I wanted to rent from did not have my rental which I reserved a week in advance. So I had to travel an extra 42 miles round trip to a different location. I feel I've should have received the different in mileage from the location which I wanted to rent from to the location I actually rented from. That would've been about 32 miles.

Not impressed with my rental. The console at the center of the truck had crumbs on it as well as dried liquid stains. It was obvious that the truck was not cleaned prior to my pickup. This location needs to work on keeping the trucks clean. Due to time constraints, I did not report the debris and because of it I was charged a $25.00 cleaning fee. In addition, I reached out to customer service via email as instructed on their website , and I have not received a response.

That particular truck has issues Needs wheel alignment badly Didn't feel good driving it As I drove something about a track said needed service At first I thought it was the roads but then on the highway same issues. I don't fault the facility at all however that equipment needs immediate service Thanks
