Awful parking, terrible shabby convenience store that mostly sells Marijuana paraphernalia. Slow service, made me move the vehicle twice.

Ishveen K.The owner wasn't helpful at all, a bit rude. The site had hardly any parking. Very small location. Not the best location for drop-off. On the website, it should mention downtown and little parking. I was less than impressed.

An absolute dive, in the worst part of town - I was supposed to return my vehicle at 9am Sunday, but when I arrived, the store was closed and there was no drop box for the keys. I had to call U-Haul, (twice), in order for them to eventually just tell me to leave the keys in the glovebox and walk away. Absolutely terrible experience after what had otherwise been a hassle free rental
