There was a small bit of dirt accidently left and I was told that if it weren't cleaned there was going to be charged $25. I don't even make that much and hour. I would have to work 2 hours to pay that. That is absurd. Took a broom and cleaned it myself. Another money hungry way of getting extra money out of people. No wonder the rich get richer.

I went to this location after the other location, Being Healthy Nutrition, failed to deliver and was terrible; the person there had only notified me that my vehicle was unavailable AFTER I had arrived and had to call them, and I was already arriving 30 mins later for as a cushion. Then, the person had me call customer service myself. Absolute worst. However, the person at StoreSmart was incredible.and patient, and it was quite easy to get everything going from then. Thanks!

They did not have the size of truck I pre-booked, I was given a smaller truck. Made my move very difficult. Then I wanted to pay my bill with my debit card, but the machine was not working. I was given a $10 discount for the trouble. I don’t feel that’s fair, but didn’t have the energy after a difficult move to address the issue with the instore staff. This was the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had.

We had no problems at all with the truck. In fact it was the first time we’ve rented and had a padlock on it to use. Customer service wasn’t the best, we weren’t greeted when we got up to the desk and communication was forced and horrible and she was not very friendly to say the least. My initial call I spoke to a guy who was great and reassured us the truck would be available the next morning for us.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you. I got sick and had to change my appointment last minute to the next day, I called around 2am and the person I spoke to on the 1800 number was absolutely amazing and willing to help. When I returned the vehicle, the lady working the front desk was also very helpful and nice. Overall a great experience

Great experience picking up the Van. It however was quite dirty and smelled of urine. Very gross. When dropping it off, I was accused of changing the odometer to kilometres (I didn't) and was told I had to change it back - She had no idea what to do and blamed me - luckily and I have driven this model of van for hundreds of thousands of kilometres, and was familiar with how to change it back for her. She then proceeded to tell me that the KM on my invoice stood for miles, however if you looked at the invoice and the odometer, the math worked. After inferring it was the wrong van (it wasn't - the plate and ID matched perfectly) she tried to guess my mileage incorrectly. I didn't dispute any charges, and she questioned why I brought it back full of gas. I was very polite and was trying to be of service, leaving it better than I found it. My suggestion is that if a service agent is confused, try not to blame the customer - instead maybe work with them to ensure everything is accurate. I kept detailed logs of what I did and used, and really didn't appreciate accusations - considering it was a case of not being fully aware of what was outlined in front of her. She did appear to be a manager or at least somewhat more knowledgable when I picked up the van, but this was a rather odd and unsettling situation. I will be renting again - somewhere else.

The Receptionist was amazing! She was so nice and personable. Everything went pretty quickly and smoothly. I started everything online which made it easier but there were a few things that could have been explained better through the process on the site.

Everything was very good,I was impressed with how clean the cab and storage van was. The truck ran great. The only improvement would be that the location is hard to find , mabey some signage which can be seen from the main road would be worth trying

The truck I was given was a pig on gas and I barely drove anywhere. Then I filled the tank up to where it was when I picked it up like I was supposed to and was still charged $26 for fuel. Not sure why but this is not the way to do business.

Your self serve option didnt work and said no equipment had been assigned. I called uhaul and they confirmed the van i was parked beside was correct but they couldnt give me the key code. I called the area manager # provided but didnt hear back for an hour. I sat outside in -35 on the phone for an hour waiting for help. The women at the counter later said it happened 3 times the previous weekend. No credit provided. Fuckin idiots.
