ALLEN TMy issue is not with this fabulous location in El SOBRANTE — they’re awesome. My issue is with the centralized service: Uhaul changed my pickup location four times without discussion and my drop off location once. Note: your customers can’t just get public transportation or ask for a ride 80-90 minutes from their original location (especially in the country!), so though I understand you need to balance your vehicle distribution, it’s obnoxious to make these changes without even discussing it with your customer.
