I did not care for the app to do the check in and check out. Very cumbersome!

SEHRAB ZMake sure the vehicles are clean and the process is timely. Train your employees to consider the customer standing in front of them first and foremost. It was a long frustrating process picking up the vehicle and when I returned it less than 4 hrs later the employee that was there was cold and silent. Good customer service must be a thing of the past!
lara wThe dolly and furniture carts were not in the truck when we got to the location for moving that I had on my reservation. I called and they removed the charges, but it did make things a bit more difficult in regards to moving things that day. Otherwise everything was great.
JESSICA QThe people in the morning were nice and friendly! The one negative was when we dropped off the night people were kind of rude. The morning people said when you return park anywhere. The night people were nasty about where we parked.
