The facility I dropped my rental off to was closed as it was on a Sunday in Indiana. I spoke with a woman via phone who indicated there was not room for a return. I was able to find a spot in the lot and parked the vehicle. Key was left in a drop box at the facility.

Refund the deposit immediately I have waited for 3 days so far and still haven't gotten my deposit back will never use uhaul again and going to make a point on social media and as many places I can that this is BS!!!!

AANYAH P.The lady called me continuously about my reservation. While I was trying to work and move on a timely manner I kept having to stop to answer her questions. The uhaul didn't even belong to them but they were very persistent with my reservation. And had an attitude towards me and was not very personable. I had the uhaul a couples hours longer then reservation and got charged a whole day. What about all the times I returned the uhaul several hours early and didn't receive a discount. I rent uhauls every week and never had a problem before. I will not be bringing my business back to M&M delivery
