Need to get better locks on the key box or routinely replace them, they are heavily rusted and are difficult to open. The online checkout process can also be a pain, had a uhaul rep assist as it requires documentation not stated by uhaul to begin with, such as a passport.Robert L.

The truck had not been cleaned before we got it. Food, wrappers and crumbs in the cab. Dirt in the back. The Truck was parked in a huge puddle where we had to get in on the passenger side and slide over.Steven W.

The rental van I used #BE2397G came with a warning on the dash for "rear tire low air pressure" but there is no way to report this when accepting the rental. I had to put air in myself, 3 of 4 tires were low on air according to the info sticker on the driver side door jam. I received the van @ exactly 1/2 tank. When I returned the truck, I made sure to gas it at the BP down the street. I paid $20 for gas which brought it slightly past 1/2. I dropped the van off with more gas than I received it with but when I get my receipt, they charge me $5,5 for a gallon of gas. A gallon of gas doesn't even cost that much for one. Secondly, I had left it with MORE than I received it with; the audacity of these U-Haul employees is astonishing. On the e-mail copy of my receipt, says that I returned it 2/5 tank full which is bull. Upon return process, there was no option to take a picture of this so I left the receipt inside the van as proof that I paid for gas. This is my biggest issue because this is my 2nd time having this happen. They want to cheat you out of as much money as they can. Now I have to call their customer service and waste ~1hour to get my money returned. I know it's only $5,5 but that's besides the point, if people keep letting them do this; they will continue to get away with it. This is theft and it is wrong and I will be contacting U-haul shortly...GABRIEL C.
