This end was a little smoother, but I did get a milage overage charge when I was told I wouldn't get any because of the change in pick up location.
CODY JDropped off on Sunday when location was open, the app failed to load properly for equipment drop off and I asked for assistance from location. They did not offer help, app said someone would call from Uhaul, as a result left hoping the app would at least acknowledge that I dropped it off when I pressed the return equipment button. Ended up being charged an extra day because of this.
