Had to go farther away, but did get a well maintained trailer with an updated hitch. Uhaul still owes me $25 from prior rental when door would not remain up and hit me in the head(twice). Gentlemen at 114 Hardwood did not now how to apply discount.Stephen G.

Very unprofessional. The pickup experience was super sketchy having to go into someone's house. Nobody explained to me that I'd be hit with $60 in fees for not putting gas in it! I thought the 0,99 per mile covered the gas. I've never rented a truck before. Someone should have explained!Terrie G.
The owner was not there when I showed up to pick up my trailer. I waited over a half hour to pick up my trailer passed my pick up time and I was 10min early which delayed my moving process. U-Haul is his side business in the basement of his appliances company in an old run down building that I was afraid to walk into. There was trash everywhere. He was running his U-Haul side business from his laptop. There was no desk, office or guest counter. The owner was a young male who was unprofessional and stated he was late due to â€œpicking up an appliance with his motherâ€. I hooked up the trailer on my own and took my own photos and checked the interior of the trailer and it's tires myself. I was only credited $50 for this and they charged the incorrect card of file. The card was not confirmed at pickup.Katherine B.
The dolly that was ordered was not in the vehicle. The digital pick up experience was poor and the customer service phone line for support was worse. Fix the customer service with theAaron S.
The truck had 1/8 on fuel gauge 49 miles til empty when I picked up. Put 6,7 gal of gas ,drove 29 miles. The truck had some dings which were marked. Ran well and I got my stuff moved. Overall it was a good experience.William C.
