Yards where equipment is stored is very poorly organized. Most of the U-Haul equipment is located at a completely different lot. To hook this trailer up, which I did by myself, I had to pick up the tongue, turn it completely around and push/pull it out of the parking lot and into the street to hook it up, then drive all the way back to the “office” to verify I did it right. I couldn’t even pull the U-Haul truck I was driving into the lot due to the amount of clutter there was, and the trailer I was picking up was behind 4 or 5 other trailers.
Jordan BAwesome right from the start. The owner was great. He told me to call him if there was any issue with truck from Oklahoma to Colorado. Highly recommend.
Stephen FWe were told we would get an extra 75 miles due to having to pick it up beyond our town and having to drive it back to our town. It ended up costing for extra mileage. Would not honor the agreement, so we paid additional $61.67. It has happened before, so just be warned if you pick it up at point B and have to drive it to point A they will charge you.
Judd MIt is just a sore spot that is busy nothing critically wrong. It's just a shop with a very small lot in a jam packed area is all.
