No one available onsite. We had to reschedule pickup because place closed early. Truck had a 2 bad tires. Ended up with a flat during the drive and when dropped off noted another tire was to the metal threads. Could have been dangerous. I was traveling with a car dolly towing my vehicle.
Steve SThe place was clean but not inviting. It is a crowded lot and deciding where to leave my trailer within the instructions was not an easy choice. No one was on site to confirm my blankets were folded correctly, the right quantity, or to confirm the trailer was clean. I called your "help" line and the operators were very nice. However, I would like the confidence to know everything is acceptable to U-Haul. I would like assurance there will be no back charges...

Nelson MTruck exterior was dirty, had a hard time seeing through windshield, mirrors. Truck AC not working, very inconvenient during this summer heat. Truck had/has strong fuel odor on fuel tank side possibly leaking/wasting unnecessary fuel. Agent was courteous, helpful through reservation process.
