Location was changed the day before by UHaul and location was not one I would have picked. It was not a complete well appointed store.

First when I got there...the guy did everything over the phone ( no paper work) the truck had a little under 3/4 of gas, so I told the guy that was present and he told me to take a picture of it( I did, and still have the picture) he stated not to put gas in there because it's has not been fueled anyway! Then they charged me for 20 miles, I only used 8! So I get an email stating they charged me for the gas, when the gas wasn't in the truck to begin with...and I was told not to put fuel in it!!!! I took it back the same way they gave it to me!!! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! I'm not gonna stop calling til I get my money back!!! Or I'm going to ACTION NEWS!

Marcus HNo one there during business hours. Guy next door managing the storage units told me where to park it and where to drop the keys (sign on door for after hour drop off did as well).
