Ghetto area. We rented a dolly and they told us the reason there was no dolly was because we came to the wrong location. Also charged us for moving blankets which we did not order. My husband had the cashier call the manager on the phone to ask why our dolly wasn’t there. He belittled her but once he realized he was on speaker tried to backtrack and act nice. Rude rude rude. Told us we picked up from the wrong location to cover for the fact that the dolly was not present. Came to that exact location from the address on the app. Don’t rent from here. Super ghetto. Even changed our reservation time because the van wasn’t available at the time we requested. But then as we were picking it up tried to cancel because we weren’t there on time. Ridiculous.
