This location should be removed as a uhaul rental center. had difficulty picking up truck rental. Had difficulty dropping off and settling the contract. was informed by person at this ;location that they are not equipped to receive rentals and close out a contract. had to do the close out over the phone with an agent . ?this was very costly in time and a hassle to rent.Tom M.

The truck was clean and in good shape. We ordered two dozen moving blankets and the truck only had one package of them (I think there were 10). So we were charged for blankets we didn't get. The process of receiving the truck and returning it through the app and web site was very poor. The app took around 4 attempts to get past the locate page when we were picking up the truck. The only option in reference to the blankets was yes or no. I couldn't indicate that the correct number of blankets were in the truck. Returning the truck was even worst. I could not get the app to get past the locate screen at all. After about a half an hour I used the chat option to get to support and was told to use the web page instead. That worked, but the whole process was extremely difficult. Getting a picture of the dashboard that would show the mileage was difficult in the sunshine. The parking lot was small so it would have been difficult to temporarily maneuver the truck to a different angle just to take a picture. I had the same issue with getting a picture of the front of the truck. Since the parking spot is right next to the building I couldn't get back far enough to get the whole front of the truck in the picture. Every time my family has needed to rent a truck I've just assumed I would get a UHaul and I haven't bothered to check other options. In the future, if I can't get it directly from a UHaul center and do the check out and check in with a person (not the app or web page) then I'll find somewhere else to get the truck.Michael W.

problems using online check in. when i called, operator stated that there were problems with with the system. operator said i could only log out and back in, then reenter the failed problems field. there was no option for the operator to enter the information for me. THIS WASN'T RELATED TO THE LOCATION, IT WAS RELATED TO THE ONLINE CHECKIN SYSTEM.John O.
