Using your app for pick up was not an easy experience. I would never recommend it. Although the person that walked painstaking through the bitter process was incredibly patient and kind and helpful.

Booked online, chose self check in. Got there (an hour away) and the truck were all covered in snow, none were ready to go. Couldnt find anyone to help me, waited around. He ended up changing my reservation without asking me, charged my card $38 more, I got the notification and asked him why he just charged me again, he said "don't worry, your card declined it, but no explanation as to why he just charged me again. Overall the check in took over 45 minutes and put us behind schedule. I also paid $15 on my reservation for an appliance dolly, he charged me $20 and gave me a rickety cart/dolly that was not what we needed or what I ordered. Truck engine light came on on our way back, had to call roadside assistance next morning when truck made horrible grinding noises.
