Didn’t ask to see contract, just wanted to get the key. Truck was returned a day early. Nothing said about that. Seemed cold and impersonal. Did not speak nor understand much English.
ANN CIt wasn’t my original location and communication with the staff was poor. I was given a truck with no gas in it and that should never be the case when renting out equipment
ZACHARY UHave the Uhaul person there when there is a reservation. Had to convert to self dispatch because they weren't there just the clerk of the gas station. The Uhaul person just assumed I was self dispatch so they didn't show up. Had problems with the self rental and was there over an hour. That is why I don't do self dispatch. I did not chose this location my res was moved there. The person there was nice just spoke little English so that made it more difficult. More training there would definitely help.
