The person at the facility was great, the execution of the online pick-up process was a nightmare/terrible/unacceptable. I registered to pick up early (6:30 am), prior to facility opening by 2-1/2 hours. Acknolwedgement email said I was registered for ability to pickup on line, etc. Went there at 6:15 am to begine the process, and as I went through the process, it said I had to wait until the location opened and be handed the keys. Called the 800 number 3 different times. They said it showed I was registered to pickup online, but then couldn't and that I just had to wait until they opened at 9. In the meantime, I'm paying 2 guys $50 hr.each to wait for 2-1/2 hours. This should be complimentary just to make up for my loses at your inability to fix this. One person tried, but couldn't do anything. Another person tried to find another truck, but did not have one the size I needed and said I just had to wait. REALLY! I was able to contact the individual owner finally around 7:30 am and he assisted in the process. The return process was automated, easy and worked just fine.

This was NOT my first drop off Station. My location West 1342 Evergreen Parkway. When my sister and I walked in to return our transport. This man accosted us "screaming no dolly dolly dolly get out get out" He wa SO RUDE, NASTY, . We woud not even give us info where eles to return it. It is a Sinclair station not Conoco. He should not be working with the public at all let alone U-Haul. I was scared and left in tears. After a very long drive. I was horrified. And distressed by this man's actions. He is nasty, mean hateful, and unaccommodating a big black mark for U-Haul. We were so grateful to find the Marshdale shop and deal with Patrick between Marshdale and Conifer Colorado.HE IS AMAZING

I picked up the trailer at 4:45 PM, and my plans changed so returned the trailer at 6:30 pm (1:45 min after picking it up.) I called the rental location to notify them but they were closed. I then called Uhaul's 800# and the person was very helpful. Made a note that I re the returned trailer. Was still charged for a full day. I feel this was not tight. Should have been charged for a couple of hours. Rented a trailer for the next day and all went well. Over all my experience with U-Haul over the years has been very good.

When calling to see where I pick up my trailer, because nobody contacted me. I was informed that my reservation was canceled. I ask why and the kid told me it was a duplicate ticket. Which wasn’t the case at all. I had 2 trailers reserved and the person who made the reservation said I had to have 2 tickets, 1 for each trailer. When I finally got a confirmation on the re reservation I was told I could pick it up at 3:30 at this location. I received a phone call the morning of telling me if I wanted my trailer I had to be there by 2:00 because that was when they closed. I had to take off work early to drive to a location that was not close to my house! Horrible customer service by U-Haul and Marshdale move and ship

Make sure vehicle is cleaned and windshield is clean. This particular vehicle required the person to add approximately 10-15 more x stickers to damaged areas of the truck while I walked the truck. This should have already been done. This was a change in location from where I was originally picking up the truck. This location was over 50 miles from my original pick up location was supposed to be. This was very frustrating since My reservation was made many weeks before.

I arrived during business hours but found the location closed. This would not have been a issue, but completing the drop off on line was impossible as your web site was not working. After a 15 minute wait on the phone I was able to document my drop off. The lady I dealt with was very courteous and helpful

Trailer had mismatched tires all at different air pressures. One of 4 was at 20 psi every morning instead of 65psi, 2 on passenger side were 40-45 psi every morning. Rear drivers side trailer tire(20 psi) blew out on day 3 coming down the mountain into Idaho on I-90. I had to put air in tires every morning before traveling. The attendent was not very pleasant.

I had to drive over 60 miles out of my way for this filthy trailer that was full of tree buds and sap. The trailer was too tight for a Trike. I had only about 2 inches of clearance on the side. It was extremely tight. The guy that I got the trailer from was on crutches and we had to pick up the trailer and hook it up. I can’t believe in all of Denver there were no other trailers available. I should have towed one from Albuquerque. The cost was outrageous for a filthy trailer that was over 60 miles out of my way.

After accidentally locking my sunglasses in the van when dropping it off, I called the next morning to inquire about getting them back. They didn't answer the phone and didn't call me back for 3 days. They then acknowledged that the sunglasses were indeed in the van and that they'd hold onto them for me. They did not. Then they provided no help in tracking them down. I never got the sunglasses back. I'd never trust these guys with anything.
