Warning, I would not rent from U-Haul. They don't train the third-party people efficiently went and rented a U-Haul. The guy asked me did I want to drop it off somewhere else or bring it back to that location ~ I asked him will you charge me more for dropping it off somewhere else he said "no" ~ so I dropped it off at a location closer to me the next morning I checked my bank account and they charged me an additional $200 and said wrong drop off and then didn't want to give me my money back said that they was gonna stand on the charge. They were non-helpful. So I had to call my bank to get it back, don't rent from U-Haul ~ I would advise anybody don't rent from this company. They don't have an ounce of integrity that's crazy to charge an additional $200 because I dropped it off 10 miles up the road from where I rented it from. They are thieves

Didn't go over the truck or any details with us just had us sign and pick up the truck. They also didn't have the 4 packs of furniture protectors I had ordered with my online purchase.
