Horrible experience with uhaul. I had a reservation set for 9am. The key was not setup so I had to wait until they opened at 930am. No one showed up until 10:20am. I spoke with the scheduling manager Stacey who told me she spoke with the owner of the gas station and that he was there the whole time which was not the case. I received a text from 443-275-8710 who said I would be reimbursed $50 for the error, which doesn't make up for any of this mess, I assume that was the area manager Michael B but no way to tell since they did not introduce themselves in the message. Absolutely terrible customer service! My reservation was for 9 I finally got the key to the truck around 10:45am. The moving crew I hired was no longer able to help me so I was out that money not to mention the trips to and from the gas station to pick up the truck. Worst moving experience I've ever had. I tried to contact the elusive area manager Michael B. but he was conveniently busy every time I called. What you can do to improve for the next customer is to first make this customers experience better.

This dealer charged us with an extra day even though your company could verify and we had proof the vehicle was returned in less than 10 hours. Clearly the dealer lied to try to make more money. I am not sure I would use your company again with such disreputable dealers.
