The person handling my U-Haul truck return was informed of the inaccurate odometer reading when I departed from Williamsburg and apparently did nothing to change it. Leaving the premises, I thought everything would be OK. I later received an email and was charged an additional 4 cents on my credit card. Because the initial odometer reading of "mileage going out" was inaccurate, I was unfairly charged the extra fee.Andrew P.

There is no point in having the early check in option. When I came to pick up the truck I had to provide all the same info that I provided when I did the early check in. Not to mention, my reservation was incorrect from what I initially put in which caused a delay in the truck pickupDaniel E.
I had originally reserved this at Farmville sporting goods. When I arrived I was informed the did not have one for me and U-Haul should have notified me. He provided a number and when I spoke with a customer service rep I was treated like dirt as I was trying to explain what I was told. â€œNot my problem and I don't need thisâ€ we're some of her comments. When I told her I had already booked another one with JJS she basically hung up on me. It was absolutely appalling the treatment I received from both sides. JJS was great but everything else about this experience is forgettable to say the least.Christopher A.

I had an issue scheduling through the u-haul website. I scheduled several days in advance, received confirmations by both e-mail and text, no indication there would be an issue with my pick up on the date/time I originally requested. A u-haul representative (not from JJ's), I think a regional person, called me less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to pick up my truck and said I would have to drive more than an hour away to get my truck (JJ's in only 15 min away). However, she got me squared away for a new date to pick up at JJ's and JJ's took great care of me!!!Faustena E.
