The location advertised opening at 10 am. Reservation was for 11 am. I had to call what must have been the store manager's cell at get them to show up - late, after 11. There was no on site computer equipment for the transaction. Everything done, slowly, using only a cell phone. No working printer for documents. The additional equipment I reserved (moving blankets and furniture dolly) were not available. That required my going to two different locations to buy, not rent, these items. This is definitely not a location that meets U Haul franchise expectations. However, the van I rented was clean and in good condition.
