Well , when I tried dropping off the u-haul I was unable to complete the payment because I lost my phone and I bank with chime so I had to wait for them to verify my identity to be able to login to my banking app and unlock my card so what the store owner did was he said I would have to take the vehicle until I could pay it back until 2-3 days later a representative called me and I explained the situation and they said that they could give me promisary note or something like that or charge my card until I could pay off what I owe but that still kind of screwed me over because during that time I was scared that I was getting charged $35 every day that I had it and had already owed $250 at the time and was really really scared so I ended up trying to use the vehicle to make more money by doing deliveries but that just made me have to use more mileage so it honestly was a really really stressful situation and in the long run I was not expecting to pay this much and it definitely made me a little scared to use u-haul again, I understand it probably wasn't u-hauls fault directly but it was still very stressful on me
