Not the location we had hoped for but worked out okay
KAREN RDriving a 26ft box truck unloaded to return on the freeway was a painful experience. Having decided to drive it back over a hundred miles instead of paying over double the cost for a one way trip I can guarantee that I won't do that again. The truck is so poorly designed it starts to undulate uncontrollably, manageable loaded but unloaded is completely unsafe and painful. I've driven many large trucks and box vans but the late model f650 26foot truck I rented to move was the worst riding vehicle I've ever had the displeasure of driving. If that is the size of truck you need I would reccomend ANY other alternative you can find. At least the staff at the pick up location were extremely friendly and easy to deal with, not thier fault ford can't build a tolerable to drive medium duty truck.
Peter TWhen dropping off the uhual I voiced my concerns about the pickup location, the scheduling of the uhual and how you screwed me on miles for the day and the gentleman response was "oh I'm just a dealer, can't do nothing for ya"
