They charged me for 10 furniture pads that I didn't rent or use. They couldn't even spell my name, they couldn't even get the days right or the truck size right. I'll be filing a formal complaint. I want my money back. They were rude and kept messing up.

Trailer was dirty and left black marks at contact points. Other than that the experience was great.

I paid for the rent of the truck $ 74 for 7 hours, and the next day I get another charge of $ 18 more, if any explanation. When I received the truck I had a carriage inside and asked them to take it out, that is, they do not check the trucks when they return them, it is more I put more gasoline than I had to put it on. I do not know what happens with the U-HAUL service, it's the second time that after returning the truck, they generate another charge and they immediately discount it to my credit card. They are ABUSERS!

We pick up the truck after hours. We were left the keys to the wrong 26' truck. The problem being that the two dollies and the furniture pads I requested were not in the truck we ended up driving away with.

One tire was very low on air. It did not show until the trailer was being loaded. No weight on the trailer so the low tire was not under any weight pressure. As the trailer was loaded it showed as a low tire,

The truck I rented had an issue where it dd not shift gears correctly, therefore, leading to a decrease if fuel efficiency.

They checked in the wrong trailer, didn’t have my dolly & made me drive to another location way out of my way. It was all very frustrating and was not only not offered any apologizes but not even a discount for having to go out of my way even though I had called beforehand to insure my stuff was there.

The big problem had nothing to do with the local people. The computers were all jammed up and I had to wait for one hour to get the computers to kick into my account very bad!

Started out we reserved a 26ft truck two weeks prior, said it was available that said location. I get a call 2 days prior to moving date and said they don’t have our truck available but they could do a 12:30pm pick up I said no we need it earlier. Can we do a smaller truck for morning pick up? Yes she had one we get at 8:30am and return by 3pm. Well the lady booked me wrong and put 8:30pm pickup, definitely would have never agreed to that! So we show up at 8:30am to get our truck and found that out, so we had from 9am-12pm to move our entire house. When we initially expected to have a truck for 6+ hours. Gave us a whopping $10 discount for all our troubles and for now having to load our cars several times back n forth when it could have all be done in a truck 1 load there. Not pleased with U-Haul and how they didn’t take ownership that THEY messed up and kept making excuses. I would have expected more of a discount. Good customer service says I’m sorry for all this, what can we do to make it right? Umm give us another truck to finish moving for FREE! As we had one booked 2 weeks in advance for 6+ hours and then we get a tiny truck for only 3 hours. Yah I would definitely call and follow up on everything with them and make sure you do get the truck you requested!

The gentleman who helped me was nice enough. However, he barely said two words. Lots of awkward silence Then he said he did not have my dolly I reserved. When I told him I would go somewhere else or that wouldn't work he found one. The lady at the desk she spent the entire time I was there talking with someone on the phone about her medical condition(s).

There was an oil spill in my truck, which is odd and a little disconcerting, so I would definitely be sure to double check that the interior is clean.

I was really surprised to see all the amenities in the 8 foot pick up truck! The staff knew just what to do and did it efficiently. My experience overall was just great!

I think customers should be compensated when a location selected is changed and that change creates more mileage charges for the customer. My mileage charges doubled because I wasn’t given the location selected. The location given customer service was very good and fast. Just unhappy that i had to pay more mileage charges.
