We had a drop off point at a closer location that was scheduled at pickup. We went there and was told that we were in the wrong location. It was at bad boy towing and recovery at 901 North Military St. Loretto, TN 38469. We called customer service and was told that we had a 50 minute wait time. After a long day of moving I am not going to wait that long to turn in a truck. I went on the website and requested a chat. The person named Lillian said that I was in the wrong location. I even sent a copy of my bill and she still said that I was in the wrong location. There was never any attempt to provide a solution except for "you are at the wrong location". I then drove 13 more miles to the location that she said to go to and I checked in my truck. Yall wasted an hour of my life and 13 miles of gas. This is not the dropouts fault, it is uhaul's customer service fault.
