There was trash in the truck & the truck had a TPMS light on and it was slightly less than full tank, though the paperwork claimed full tank.

The mobile pick up and drop off was a nightmare. The app is confusing. When I called for help with the pick up I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes. When I called about problems with the drop off I was told there was nothing they could do, that I would have to work with the store when they opened again.

My complete experience with U Haul was horrible. I was sent to this location after I rented a truck from Amal at 5840 Spout Springs Rd in Flowery Branch GA. I had come in to look at the truck, I asked to sit in it to see if I felt comfortable in it and furnished all info to Amal and told him I wanted the truck. I called him back same day, Mon, 8-19-19 around 1:00 pm to furnish my credit card to reserve the truck. That night I received a call from a manager, Kevin, or Keith, who says the truck may not be available. When I explained I had reserved it Mon morning, he assured me it’s ok, don’t worry about it. Next morning, Tues, 8-20, I received a call from Amal saying the truck not available, offered me a larger truck at same price. I reminded him my conversation with him that I am a short lady, I came in and sat in the small truck to test my comfort level, and a larger truck would not be acceptable. He said he’d have his manager call....well, manager did not call. About 1/2 hour layer, a female calls to tell me that truck not available, and sends me to another location- to 7433 Spout Springs Rd. So, my experience at that point was not good and it got much worse ! I drove the truck to my home, got it loaded, and a few hours later, when ready to drive to my destination, the park brake release would not operate.......I enlisted the help of my neighbor who tried to release it, and he indicated he thought it was broken. So, I called the U Haul store and was told I had to call 1 800 GO U-HAUL, and ask for roadside assistance. I called, was told would have to send a wrecker service to my home for repairs.....I was so upset and frustrated as I had to cancel 2 appointments that day due to this breakdown of your vehicle.....Dano’s Wrecker service came about 1 hour later, and they were able to correct the park brake release. Evidently some one at U HAUL had begun repairs or maintenance on this brake and just did not complete the repairs. This whole experience with U HAUL is the epitome of the worst customer experience: NOT one person employed by U HAUL ever apologized to me for this terrible process, from my renting the truck, to it not being available after I reserved it, to forcing me to go to another location, to a malfunctioning brake, to my cancelling 2 appointments, to my frustration and agitation, and total disgust. I must say the 2 men with Dano’s Wrecker were polite and prompt, and one of them said I’m sorry this happened to you..... I will never do business with UHaul again.....

Truck pickup was moved to Flowery Branch, GA location by U-Haul. Owner called me the day before and indicated I could pickup truck at 8:00a with 24/7 or he would be there by 8:20a. Result: 24/7 not available for my contract and owner arrives at 8:56a. Lost an hour in a tight schedule. Very unhappy with experience.

I think this survey itself reflects badly on Uhaul. If you are truly focused on customer satisfaction ALL of these questions should be on a sliding scale, not yes or no. It's not that there is anything wrong with the place or person, it's just that I've gone into other locations cliseby where the staff was MUCH MORE helpful. So you should be capturing satisfaction relative to other experiences.

Charged me for two days when the gentleman said I was reserving for one day and returned the the same day! Never again.
