WORST way to pick up a U-Haul. Save yourself some gray hairs. Go to an actual live counter with an associate to help you. Or you’ll find yourself on the phone with one regardless
Andrew ANo...the Uhaul was very dirty. Which made it a poor experience I'm glad my items was in totes Customer service was excellent.
Char SUpon return of our rental we noticed there were cigarette butts and ashes left in the vehicle ashtray. We were very disappointed that U-Haul didn’t inspect the vehicle before we received it. And since we don’t smoke we had not checked the ashtray upon pick up.
Lusine BI originally booked for Uhaul center on foothill but they oversold and my truck was not available when I showed up. They sent me to this location on Palmetto to pick up a van. There was only one available. The rep told me it had come in from San Fran yesterday. It had not been washed , it was dusty and the windshield had water marks making it difficult to see. Overall I got my moving done so that was good but shame on uhaul on footihill for not having my truck for me and making me go to another location, inconvenient without apology. The storage solution rep was friendly and helpful and they did have a truck in the size i needed.
