There was a loose hand truck in the back that I hadn't ordered that would have been better to be fastened down somehow. I had to call for a end receipt and was told I have to call the 800 number to get one. With in minutes I got the email I was told I should have gotten. Overall, This was a good place to get a U-haul from and the guy at the counter was helpful. If we were ever to need a u-haul from that area again we would probably use this location again. Merci
