Dropped off 2- 26 foot trucks and 2 trailers at this location. The key drop box was sitting on top of the railing on the porch and not secured to anything. So anybody could come by and tip the key drop box and get the keys for the trucks and steal them. I dropped off the 2 trucks and trailers and they did not get checked in until 4 days later so uhaul charged me an additional 4 days of late fees which thanks to my local uhaul dealer the charges were reversed. We operate a moving company (35 plus years) here in Fernandina Beach Fl. and rent a lot of uhaul trucks and this has been the worst experience of returning one way rentals. As of this posting one of the 2 trailers is still not checked in and it is now 5 days after we dropped it off.
