This was a total mess. The people at this location were very nice, but completely incompetent. The end result was I ended up with the trailer, but apparently they never told Uhaul I had it. That resulted in Uhaul calling multiple times a day for days to try to figure out what happened. Super frustrating for me and hours of extra work. The rear door of the trailer was damaged and didn't close properly. Worst of all the trailer leaked and ruined some of the things we were hauling. I will work pretty hard to avoid Uhaul in the future if possible. Definitely would not recommend.

No help at all, said to do the mobile check-in but that was not correct. They do nothing and have no moving blankets, hitches, boxes, they do nothing. It is just a uhaul parking lot.
Benjamin SThis location did not even complete a rental agreement or obtain a copy of my driver's license. He just came out and took some pictures and said we were good to go. We picked up our cargo trailer around 10am. Around 1pm that day, U-Haul called and asked if we were still going to pick up our rental. When we said that we already had the rental, they said that it's pretty much considered stolen property at that point because we were not under contract. The rep completed the contract for us via phone, thank goodness, because if anything had happened (pulled over, accident, etc) we would have really been in for it. We dropped off the trailer around 7pm that same day. Again, the guy dismissed us and said they would just tell U-Haul it had been returned. I checked online later that evening and again the next morning and it was still showing as an active rental. I called U-Haul as soon as they opened and the rep was very helpful and made all of these same notes in our file so that if we needed to dispute extra charges we could. She advised me to download the app, go back to the location, and do the return myself through the app. So that is what I did. I will NEVER rent from this location again. It's so scary thinking about all of the things that could have gone wrong!
Jessie BWhen I dropped off the truck I received no instruction at all. I showed her a pic of my mileage and fuel before and after and she just shrugged her shoulders and said do it on line. I left not knowing that I needed to stay with the vehicle so had to drive back there to complete drop off and to top it off was charged another $20 for fuel. I took it back with more in it that I started with
Kim CEasy to get to and staff good to work with. Have used before and staff makes it easy to pick up and/or deliver. Would highly recommend.
