Nicholas M.There was no vehicle available at the original location I was supposed to pick up in Pineville/ballantyne and no one made me aware. I had movers scheduled and was delayed because I had to drive to fort mill (40 min from my house.) When I arrived at fort mill the truck was not ready and it took us over an hour to get the truck. We have another move planned in the next month and will not be using u-haul again.
