The place was very dirty the u haul dirty the service customers donâ€™t talk to people like a business person he was talking like he donâ€™t want to rent the u haul and no gas was in it bad experience
I never went inside as I dropped off the vehicle and the key on Sunday when they were closed.
Itâ€™s a sketchy location, drove down a random side street. Located next to an automotive garage who had no idea they rent U-Haul next door. Very odd. Moving blankets were not clean and gave my movers really itchy skin
Was very hard to find! Phone number listed wasnt in service also was not able to drop truck off at more convienet location well could havebfornmore than triple orignal price!

This drop off location is very inconvenient. It's an automotive repair shop and there's hardly any parking for the u haul. He had no clue I was supposed to be there and actually he was about to leave when I pulled up. He was a very nice man but the drop off process was very lengthy. Maybe I'm just used to dropping off at a u haul facility.

When I opened the back of the trailer there was flower bed Malch just laying all over the floor that no one swept out and smelled like it. And I have to haul mattresses and other house material... Not cool! So I had to clean it completely out so my stuff wouldn't smell like that! Not cool at all....
Please ensure that an experienced representative is present to handle the rental transaction efficiently. Additionally, the rental check-in should be processed and completed prior to the customer's departure.
The location is in a bad part of town. The office is very small and disorganized. Somewhat dirty. The people are very nice though that work there. Just not a good part of town. The parking was very packed and not a lot of room to leave your car and a little nerve racking leaving my car in that part of town.
The service was a lot better on Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers that we used last week. The people asked us to put the trailer back at his place but too many cars all around. We refused to avoid an accident.

The single worst check-in experience I have ever had with any rental of any type any time, any where. I reserved the truck in advance... I checked in online... but my reservation wasn't ready when I arrived at the designated time. I got there at 10:30am and left at noon. That's how long it took. The first half-hour, I wasn't even sure I had a truck at all! The man had no idea how to do the booking (evidently, the regular was out) and had to call someone from U-haul to step him through it and SHE WAS ALSO RUDE when he had to put me on the phone to keep from being charged for an extra day. I will be calling customer service. I request returning the truck to a different location and perhaps a credit. This was absurd.
U-Haul emailed me the wrong location for the pick up. Once I got to the right one, it took an hour to pick up the trailer.
Trailer had been sitting under an low hanging tree what look like months . Opened back door Carpenter ants, Spiders with webs. Dirty inside and out .Because I had already signed for trailer I had take it to another U- Haul for a swap. Replace trailer with second and guess what. Lights did not work and the trailer stank. Asked for a trailer with swing out doors ,Was told they did not have any by yard boy But I come to find out that he just did not want to bother moving two trailers to get me what I wanted in the first place. Wasted two hours of my time .because nobody was doing their job.!!!!
My rate was changed,nobody knows why from. 99 to 169,can you explain,I will never use haul again
This is TWICE I have used them in less than a week now. 1st time, they gave me a truck with a bad battery that they KNEW about. THIS time, they didn't check in my truck for 2 DAYS AFTER it was returned. My total bill SHOULD have been just under $65, but I was charged OVER $150!!! Will NOT use this location again!

Person who was supposed to be there to do paperwork was not on location and was late. I was also given a truck that had to be jump started due to a bad battery. The guy who jumped it said he knew the battery was bad and it needed changed soon. He also told us that when we get there to start loading, to leave the truck running for awhile, so the battery could charge more. So we did and ended up paying $25 for fuel and only drove a total of 31 miles round trip. The truck also died on us mid move and we had to go to Walmart to pick up a pair of jumper cables to restart it so we could finish the job. Due to this, we were also late arriving at our next job. I requested 7:30, but they didn't open until 9am. Cynthia said it would take 10-15 minutes to check in - but it took 45 minutes and we were the only customers there. She was late showing up, couldn't get her computer to work, couldn't get it to accept our credit card - had to pay cash. Had not problems using later that day. They didn't have the dollies we wanted. Owner kept interupting her about other stuff.
