Absolutely nothing. My dealer was polite, patient and helpful. He responded expeditiously the next business day with the calculation of my refund (from deposit). I hope he’s the dealer I am able to deal with the next time I need to rent. He was enjoyable to do business with. Truck is amazing on gas and was impeccable upon getting in. Thanks Uhaul!!

The woman greates is by yelling at us to get the truck out of there and to find somewhere else to drop it off. Very rude and inconsiderate. Not at all accommodating. Will never use them again!!!!

Everything went well. I made a reservation at a location in S Fort Myers on Cleveland Ave when the truck did not. Come in i was referred to another closeby location and picked it up. Everyone very courteous and professional.

The gentleman who was receiving our return was rushing the return because it was the end of his work day. He was so rushed in fact that he didn’t allow us to pull our vehicle into a safe space or let us turn off the car before started unhitchung the U-Haul from our vehicle. He could have really hurt himself. But luckily he inflicted no harm on himself however his rushing did allow him to cause damage to our vehicle. He didn’t have a grip on the U-Haul when he unhooked the hutch and the U-Haul went right into the back of our van. A frustrating end to long move down the entire eastern coast.

My truck was locked in the storage space and the code to open gate did not work. I was unable to get my truck back that night and had to miss the morning of my job waiting for storage to open

Your customer service at u haul in Ft. Myers is unreliable! Made a reservation and it never went thru. When I went to pickup, no record......fortunately there was a truck available. The location I went to was very helpful, and assured me there was not an online booking that I would be charged for. I then called customer service to verify that I didnt have a reservation at another location, thru error. Could not find any other reservation,***** except where I actually rented . *****meaning , to rent have to make reservation on the spot for paper work! In the future, I will go to the actuall location to reserve my truck. Very fortunate that they in fact had a truck avvailable for on the spot rental.....Other than that, very good experience!
