We had to wait almost 3 goes to get our rental because it was behind a locked gate and none had a key but everything else was great

I had reserved a van by my iPhone and when I arrived they couldn’t find the reservation, couldn’t tell me how to get the process complete so that I could get on my way. I showed them everything on my phone and he was on the phone with his boss. They then just told me to take the van and he would have it together when I return the van. When I returned he still couldn’t process the rental. We came up with the amount and mileage and I agreed to the amount but told him before they ran my card to call me so I knew exactly what they were going to charge. I then got a charge the next day without a phone call and then another charge the following day again with no phone call. I call in and told him what happened and asked that his boss who ran the charge would call me. No phone call hS been received. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Someone needs to contact me. I am going to cancel my bank card because I don’t trust this place. Horrible service at this location.
